Additional Information   This module is only available to students studying the Postgraduate Engineering Apprenticeship- Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering Competence (MGTT202) or the Postgraduate Diploma in Management for Engineers (MGTT203).

Description

Although basic principles of project management may still apply, complex projects involve different managerial challenges that are related to their scale, significance and complexity. The aim of this module is to provide learners with a more encompassing view and understanding of the real challenges and causes of risks in managing major projects that are necessary to effectively drive change in manufacturing/engineering organisations.
